    William Durham born ca. 1816 in TN. He m. Edith Martin, dau of John and Rachel. Oldest son was named John. Other children named Claiborne, Martha, Sarah, Susan Ann, Elizabeth, William, Cecilia, Christopher (Chrisley), Robert, Rebecca, Mary Susan, Lois (may be Louisa), and Benjamin M. Durham. Wm of 1816's mother was most likely the Sarah Durham who m. John Anderson late 1840's in Pulaski County, KY.

    So I have a William Durham who may have been a son of a John Durham who m. a Sarah and they lived in TN about 1816. Sarah was born in VA or NC. Wm moved to Pulaski Co. KY and the family later moved to Hardin Co. KY.
