BIRTH: Jeremy Jordan also has a date of Abt 1691. As per Ancestry World Tree Project F/Bayly-Cole-Comfort etc. genealogy, he was born in Sussex Co. with the date shown.

BIOGRAPHY: There is an account of an Edward in a “History of Bucks Co.”, Pub. date unknown, p. 1085, which lists the correct parentage and descendants, except for a difference in the first name. That account lists him as b. 1699, Stenning, Sussex, England and coming to America with his mother in 1700 and settling in Penn Valley. Additional research is needed.

Letitia Hickman's descendancy list shows Wm. & Eleanor Wood having 9 children, namely: Hannah, Edward, Letitia, Crispin, Rebecca, William, Hannah, Eleanor & Elizabeth. According to the 1857 Blackfan Genealogy book by Moses B. Smith, M.D., he arrived in America with his Mother Rebecca after July 1718 and went to Pennsbury, Bucks Co., PA. He continued to live in Pennsbury for some years after his marriage to Eleanor Wood.

DEATH: Jeremy Jordan also had a date of 20 Oct 1771, but date shown is from the Blackfan Genealogy book by Moses B. Smith, M.D., 1857.
