HANOVER, Wilga, age 63 years, of Lynden, passed away in a local rest home Wednesday, Sept. 18, (1957) following a lingering illness. She had resided in Lynden since 1909 and was a member of the First Christian Reformed Church. Survived by one daughter, Mrs. Herman Elenbaas of Lynden; three grandchildren, Mrs. William Scholten Jr. of Everson, Mrs. Winifred Bulthuis of Nigeria, Africa, Rev. John H. Elenbaas of Mountain Lake, Minn.; 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, September 20, at 2 p.m. from the First Christian Reformed Church in Lynden with Rev. Enno Haan officiating. Interment in Monumenta Cemetery, under the direction of the Gillies Funeral Home in Lynden.
