Wesley Eric Lundeen, passed away on December 16, 2016 at the Ecumen Parmly LifePointes in Chisago City, Minnesota. He was 93 years old.

Wesley Eric Lundeen was born January 12, 1923 in Lindstrom, Minnesota to Eric and Esther (Hallberg) Lundeen. Wes attended and graduated from Mechanic Arts High School in St. Paul. He served in the U.S. Army stationed in California.

On January 14, 1955 Wes was married to Grace Weidenaar at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in St. Paul. S hortly after their marriage Wes and Grace settled in Bloomimgton, Minnesota which was home to them for many years. In 1968 the couple adopted a baby boy whom they named Todd. Wes worked various jobs involving sales throughout his life. He was a natural in dealing with people. Wes never had a problem in starting up a conversation.

Several years following retirement Wes and Grace moved to Mora. Failing health prompted the couple to move to assisted living at GracePointe Crossing in Cambridge and eventually Ecumen Parmly LifePointes in Chisago City.

Wesley was preceded in death by his parents, brother Norman, sister-in-law Marian, and step-mother Doris.

He is survived by his wife Grace and son Todd, brother-in-law Elkie Weidenaar and many nieces and nephews.
