Wayne C. Ogden, age 85, of Maumee, died Saturday, March 16, 2002, in Heart land of Perrysburg. Mr. Ogden lived most of his life in Maumee and in 19 69 moved to Anaheim, CA, residing there until two years ago when he return ed to his hometown, Maumee. He was an auto mechanic for the former Carl Sc hmidt Olds Dealership in Maumee where he was a transmission specialis t. An Army veteran of WWII, he was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Americ an Legion Post 320 and the Maumee Eagles.

Surviving are his sons, Richard (Linda), Charles and Roger (Sandra); daugh ters, Cynthia (Ken) Shaneck and Debra (Larry) Taylor; 13 grandchildren, a nd 21 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ang ela (DeSandro), and second wife, Dorothy Streiffert; a daughter, Shirley S uleski; grandson, Douglas L. Ogden; great grandson, Adam Yando; brother, R alph (Catherine) Ogden, and sisters, Ada, Beatrice, Virginia, Marjory a nd Helen.

Friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, Maume e, Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. where funeral services will be held Tuesd ay at 2 p.m. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery.
