Walter Colpepir and Elizabeth his wife; a moiety of manor of Scottegroue and the advowson of chapel of Blessed Nicholas of Scottegroue in Kent, and a moiety of 5 marks rent in Sele and Suthewyk in Sussex, which William Wanere holds for life; reversion of the advowson and moieties to John, Thomas and heirs of John, for 200 marks.
