    Virgil E. Ice, 62, 310 E 4th Ottawa, died at 2 am Sunday Feb 14, 1965 at his home after a two year illness. He had lived in Ottawa more that five years, moving from Waverly.
    He was born December 20 1902 at Lawrence. On June 1, 1930 he married Cleo L Goodman at Winfield. He farmed sutheast of Waverly several years and operated a milk route between Waverly and Ottawa for many years. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
    Surviving are his wife, two daughters Eugenia L Ice Ottawa and Charlotte Kay Ice of the home; two sons Charlie A Ice, Topeka; and Dewayne L Ice of the home and one sister Mrs Etta Taylor, Alameda, Calif.
    Services will be at 2 pm Wednesday in the Dengel and Son Mortuary. Elder L.R. Wilkinson will officiate. Burial will be in the Waverly Cemetery.
