The Genealogy of the Loveland Family errs in calling his first wife Eunice House, and in giving him a daughter Eunice baptized in Hartford in 1692, the latter being a daughter (not named) of his father. Probably he had no child older than his son, the third Thomas, born about 1700. While he may have had two wives, as the Genealogy states, there is no need to assume that he did.
