There are some appearances that these were recorded after the fact, and it would be easy to misread Jan and June, though an online version says June [but it is so neatly written it seems likely to be a copy]. There is no evidence of two Unities: two death records, two birth records or two baptism records, and assuming normal practice, a birth on 6 Jan with a baptism on 20 Jan would be a typical arrangement.
