    2 Jun 1759: Inventory of the Estate of mr Thomas Swain Late of Reading Deceased: £ 491-7-2, by Brown Emerson, Samuel Bancroft Ju'r, John Walton Jun'r, plus a couple of additions made by administratrix.
    18 Jun 1759: Bond of Hannah Swain Widow of Reading as administrat'x of her late husband Thomas Swain late of Reading Deceas'd Intestate.
    14 Apr 1762: Appraisal and division of real estate of Dr Thomas Swain Late of Reading Deceased: to Mrs Hannah Swain her down; remaining two thirds to Oliver Swain the Eldest son it not being capable of more than one settlement. Notes advances to Hannah the Eldest daughter and wife of Benjamin Crown, to Hepzibah the second daughter and wife of Thomas Norton.
