THOMAS STATHEM also came from England at about the same time as Thomas Maskell. He married Ruth Udell in New England in 1671. He moved to a place called, from himself Stathem's Neck now in Cumberland, New Jersey. They had four sons and two daughters: the names of the latter being Mercy and Mary.
