Thomas B Ridley April 18, 1932 -- Feb. 7, 2004 ------ Thomas B Ridley, 71, 1134 South St., died Saturday evening at home surroun ded by his wife and sons. Tom was born in Fremont to the now-deceased Kenneth and Juanita (Bouche r) Ridley. He married Jane Hagerty on April 5, 1952, at St. Ann Catholic C hurch and she survives. Surviving along with his wife are sons Rick Ridley of Burgoon, Tom Ridl ey and Joe (Amy) Ridley, both of Fremont; grandchildren Lisa, Jessica, All ison, Kenny, Jessilyn and Dominique; great-grandchildren Makaylie and Mari sa; and brothers Jack (Marcella) Ridley of Fremont and Stan (Patricia) Rid ley of Port Clinton. In addition to his parents, Tom is preceded by sist er Ginny Strayer. Tom worked at Mosser Construction CO as a bricklayer and master mechanic f or 32 years, retiring in 1992. He also owned and operated Ridley & Sons Au to Wrecking on Hayes Avenue from 1977 to 1984. Tom was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church OH Bricklayers Associati on Local 46 since 1953, the Teamsters Local and the Moose Lodge. He was an avid fisherman and go-kart and auto racing enthusiast. Tom w as a loving husband and father to his three sons and truly loved and enjoy ed his six grandchildren. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Keller-Ochs-Koch Funer al Home. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Chur ch with Rev. David Bruning officiating. Burial: St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Memorials: Hospice of Memorial Hospital or to St. Joseph Grade School.
