    [Note: p. 1:7 says modern equivalents for the years are used, so this was probably originally 15 Feb 1714, and the compilers assumed it was 1714/15. But this conflicts with the birth of Eliezer in May 1715, so Vinton's assumption that it was 1714, meaning 1713/14, seems more probable.
