    "3. Thomas2 Porter (Richard1) was born at Weymouth near 1650; died there shortly before 17 Dec. 1672. He married, near 1669, Sarah Vining, sister to John Vining of Weymouth. Administration on the estate of Thomas Porter, late of Weymouth, deceased, was granted to Sarah Porter his relict and John Vineing her brother, in behalf of herself and child wherewith she now goes.' Inventory taken 17 Dec. 1672, by John Holbrook and John Vining. (Suffolk Probate, 7:279.) John Vining gave bond with William Reed as surety to assist his sister Sarah Porter, administratrix of estate of Thomas Porter, late of Weymouth, deceased, 9 Jan. 1762-73.
