Person:Thomas Plummer (4)

Thomas Plummer was baptised on 19th March 1736 at Stotfold in Bedfordshire. He was the illegitimate son of Sarah Plummer. Just over a month after his birth, his mother married a Thomas Bly. Given the close gap between Thomas's baptism and his mother's marriage and the fact of his mother's husband's first name, it is considered highly likely that Thomas Bly was the baby's father.

Sadly baby Thomas died as a baby, being buried at Stotfold on 4th May 1736, less than two weeks after his parents' marriage and less than two months after his baptism.
