    Sons: William and Palmer under age 21, Thomas, Benoni, Chester.
    Daughters: Abigail who received furniture which was her Mother's, Jean under age 18 & Mary Jackson.
    Witnesses: Samuel Gorton, Richard Boone, Newman Perkins.

    Note: son Thomas refused Admin. and son William given Admin.

    -land father gave Thomas to be divided equally among 2 sons William and Palmer.
    -son Thomas sole exor

    -30 Jun 1744 Jonathan Lewis of Exeter, yeoman, for £100 to his son Thomas Lewis of Exeter, laborer, 50 acres bounded: W on land of James Lewis, S on land of Nicholas Barber & E & N on land of grantor.
