As written, it is too close to the recorded birth of brother Fanning Learned, b. 3 Feb 1734 (presumably 1734/35, but either way it is interpreted it conflicts with Aug 1734), and there is no room in this family to guess 1732, 1733, nor 1735 if 1734/35 is used for Fanning, nor 1736. This birth does seem to be recorded on a page that is mostly devoted to births in the 1750's so it is reasonable to question it, but the proper answer is not clear. So, as Bond does, it is simply presented as it is recorded.]
