Catherine, or "Kitty," fourteen years younger than her sister, Mary Dorcas, married on December 18, 1832, Thomas Glass, great grandson of Samuel Glass and Mary Gamble, and son of Samuel Glass and Elizabeth Rutherford, through whom the Glass and Wood families were related. ... Thomas, was born in 1792 and died in 1862. He was a lieutenant in the War of 1812.
