Parentage Conflict

Some researchers claim that Thomas Dillon was a son of James Dillon and his wife Sarah Monks, but since James and Sarah Dillon were not married until 1774, and records show that Thomas Dillon was born in the preceding decade, this rules James and Sarah Dillon out as his parents. Additional research is needed to determine his parentage.
