    At Holyoke, Mass., suddenly, of apoplexy, May 28, 1894, Thomas Henry Clarke, in the 59th year of his age.

    Mr. Clarke was the son of Rev. Henry and Jerusha M. Clarke, and was born in North Stonington, Conn., Jan. 15, 1836. He made a profession of faith in Christ and united with the Second Hopkinton Church at about the age of fifteen years. He married Miss Emergene Wells April 4, 1858, in DeRuyter, N. Y., who died Feb. 26, 1883. Funeral services were held in Westerly, R. I., at the home of his sister, Mrs. S. H. Farnham, May 29th, conducted by the pastor of the Pawcatuck Church. Interment at Ashaway, R. I.
