In the name of God amen, I Thomas Sissell of Prince Georges County in the State of Maryland being weak of Body but of perfect mind and memory bearing in mind the uncertainty of Life and the Certainty of Death.
First I desire that all my Debts may be paid out of my Estate that it hath pleased God to give me. Secondly I give to my wife Mary Cissell, all my Rail [sic] & Personal Estate during her life and after her Decease all my Rale [sic] and Personal Estate to my Daughter Ann Beall and her heirs forever and my wife Mary to be my Sole Executor. This I Acknowledge [sic] to be my last Will and Testament given under my hand and seall this fifth day of December 1786.
