Will Transcript

In the fear of Almighty God, it seemeth good to me Thomas Boreing of Baltimore County in Province of Maryland, to make this for my last Will & Testament relateing to what God hath blesst me with in this world being at this time in sound disposing mind, memory manner and form following
Item I give and bequeath unto my son James Boreing One shilling Sterling and no more of my Personal Estate.
Item I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Elizabeth Boreing Fifty acres of land called Cucheals Point with all the premises and appurtances thereunto belonging and at the time of her decease I give and bequeath the same afsd land and appurtances to my Son Rubin Boreing, his heirs and assigns forever.
I ordain, appoint and constitute my dear wife Eliza afsd my sole Excex of this my last will and testament having made no other.
In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal this 30th day of May 1752.

May the 11th, 1761, Joseph Taylor and Richard Daughaday makes their solomn affirmations that they saw the testator Thomas Boreing sign the within will and heard him publish and declare the same to be his last will & testament that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehension of sound and disposing mind & memory, that they subscribed their names as witnesses to the sd will in the presence of the testator and they both affirm they saw the other witness Edward Stevenson, Jr. sign his name as a witness all in the presence of the sd testator and at his request.
Affirmed before William Young, D. Commissioner, Baltimore County.
