    Will of "Thomas Beman of the Town of Marlborough ... yeoman, being well Striken in years", dated 16 May 1727, codicil 15 Dec 1727, proved 20 Dec 1732 [sic, 1731?], names wife Elizabeth Beman; son Eleazer Beman; son and daughter Jacob and Sarah Amsden; two granddaughter Lydia and Abigail Amsden; son Abraham Beman [he to care for his mother]. Son Abraham to be executor.
    15 Nov 1731: Heirs cited. 20 Nov 1731: Written assent of Elizabeth Beman.
    14 Dec 1731: Assent of Eleazer Beeman and Jacob Amsden, hoping that deed of Abraham & Joanna William dated 4 Nov 1703 remains in effect.
