    "Theophilus (Frary),2; b. _____; d. at Boston, Mass., 17 Oct. 1700; He was Deacon of the Third (Old South) Church of Boston. On 12 May 1675 he was commissioned Lieutenant of the Foot Company; was Commissary in King Philip's War; in 1683 was acting Captain, but 5 Dec. 1683 was to remain its Lieutenant. He was deputy to the General Court, 1689. His will, dated 11 Sept. 1697, proved 31 Oct. 1700, named his now wife Mary, daughters Hannah Belcher, Abigail Arnold and Mehitable Lillie, brothers Samson and Eleazer."
