    Sylvanus Peck, son of Jonathan (2) and Ruth (Wheeler) Peck, was born April 21, 1784, in Rehoboth, Mass., and resided there during his entire lifetime, in the vicinity of the Orleans Factory, so called. He married Charlotte Wright, daughter of Joseph Wright.
