, p. 371, says Sybil m. William Marean. This marriage is in 1767 but Sybil was not named in her father's will of 1762. Additionally, William Marean's widow Sybil died in Hubbardston in 1843, age 96, so born 1747, so 18 years younger than this Sybil. Clearly, Jackson assumed the only recorded Sybil Parker was William Marean's wife, incorrectly.
