  3. The distribution of her father's estate calls her Susannah Page wife of Rufus Page. There is a marriage of Rufus Page in 1810 to Susanna Latham (here), which if it belongs to her, implies this was her second marriage. The original has not been located, so it is unverified that it actually says Latham. Correcting her birth to 1779, one could suppose there is a 10+ year period that would easily support a previous marriage. No record of the first marriage has been located. Now, Source:Berry, Donald J. Descendants of John Casse (-1675) of Hampton, New Hampshire, p. 124, assigns to Susannah the cited marriage to Rufus Page, yet breathes not a word of any previous marriage. Additionally, incorrect death information is given (died in 1839?), further suggesting superficial research. However, a gravestone of Rufus Page's wife Susannah was found with a different date whose age at death matches to the day the known birthdate, so the 1810 marriage is assumed to belong to this Susannah, despite the missing pieces.
