    [Note: no record of death found, but probate of Jonathan's father on 23 Mar 1723/24 indicates Jonathan had 3 surviving children. One assumes this estimate of 1721 is based on Jonathan's death since no guardian was assigned for Susannah, but since guardians of Jonathan's children weren't appointed until 1726, strictly speaking, the best provable date seems to be based on the the father's probate.]
