    … Susana Bellingham [Alford PR 68], daughter of William Bellingham [A.R. Maddison, ed., Lincolnshire Pedigrees, Volume III, Publications of the Harleian Society 52:789-91]. She died at Boston on 29 December 1642 [BVR 13].

    Mr. Anderson states, in this sketch, that Susanna (Bellingham) Pormort was sister of Richard Bellingham, without citing evidence. The will of William Bellingham, brother of Richard, does not mention Susanna, who was in New England by late 1634 and who may or may not have been deceased when William executed his undated will. However, at least two of her children were certainly living and in New England at that time. No mention is made of them in William's will which names numerous individuals who were not related to him.
