Funeral Held this forenoon from His Late residence- Internment Tomorrow.

J. W. Spargo, who was stricken and an account of whom was given in saturday evenings Journal, died yesterday morning at five o'clock. He never regained consciousness after his stroke of apoplexy. The funeral services were held from his later residence in Southwest Washington this forenoon at 9:30 o'clock. The service was conducted by Rev. A.L. Davidson andthe First U.P. Church choir sang. It was the intention to take the remains to the Bidwell cemetery near Brighton for burial today, but a telegram received at the time of the funeral stated that the deceased's son, Alexander, would arrive from Kansas tonight. The remains will therefore be kept until tomorrow and then taken to the Bidwell cemetery and laid to rest.
