Will dated 4 Sep 1807 [Queens County Probates, Book 2, p. 43) names wife Mehitabel; sons Jonathan, Stephen, Nathaniel; daughters Hannah, Bethia, Tabitha, Sarah, Mehitabel and Betsey; grandchildren Ludovick Smith, Hannah Lewis, Elizabeth Smith.
