-19 Sep 1752 Exeter Town Council ordered that Jeremiah Austin & Mary Austin widow to Stephen Austin have a letter of Admin. on the estate of sd Stephen Austin deceased they giving bond. -10 Oct 1758 Exeter Town Council: Mary Austin & Jeremiah Austin Exix/or of Will of Stephen late of Exeter deceased presented receipt from Jacob Lewis for £200. It appears that said Stephen was in debt £100 1s 8d more that the amount of the inventory of the sd Stephen Austin.
