By his [Zachariah Ashton] first marriage there were five children: Jacob, Ambrose, William, Frank and Mary. Jacob married Angeline Corp [Colpse? or Corpe]. His home was in Antwerp, Ohio. He was a blacksmith there. He was two children, Harry and Saphronia, also one step son, William Corp. In later years he married Lizzie Slye. He then lived in Indiana until his death.
