    The name is almost certainly a mis-transcription, but it is not clear who this is, as there is no person in the census records that is as close to matching this information as Solomon. Is it possible that the death date is also mis-transcribed and this is the Solomon who died 1 Feb 1886? Or that Solomon died 23 Jan 1885 and his death was not copied to the register until 1886? (His age at death is consistent with the 1886 death date.)
