    15 Mar 1825: Subscribers request Ezra Fish of Athol be appointed administrator of Simeon Fish late of Athol deceased. Signed by Tabatha Fish Widow of said deceased, Sam'l Fish. N.B. Ezra Fish is the oldest son excepting Samuel Fish who signs the above.
    16 Mar 1825: Bond of Ezra Fish of Athol as administrator of Simeon Fish late of Athol deceased.
    24 Mar 1825: Inventory of Simeon Fish late of Athol Deceas'd: $2244.52, by Pearley Sibley, Stephen Hurwood, Joel Morton.
    5 Dec 1826: Account of Ezra Fish administrator of Simeon Fish late of Athol deceased, allowed. Balance one third to widow and rest equally among 7 children.
    21 Dec 1825: Henry Lee of Athol appointed agent for all heirs living out of the the state who have no attorney.
