Sikelgaita (also Sichelgaita or Sigelgaita) (1040 – 16 April 1090) was a Lombard princess, the daughter of Prince Guaimar IV of Salerno and second wife of Duke Robert Guiscard of Apulia. She commanded troops in her own right.

    Sichelgaita di Salerno (1036 – 16 aprile 1090) è stata una principessa longobarda, seconda moglie di Roberto il Guiscardo.
    Figlia di Guaimario IV, principe di Salerno, sposò Roberto il Guiscardo dopo il 1059, successivamente al divorzio di quest'ultimo dalla prima moglie Alberada[1], attribuito a sospetti di consanguineità.
