Source:Bowen, Clarence Winthrop. History of Woodstock, Connecticut
, Vol. 5, p. 313, presents an impossible identification of Sarah, identifying her as d/o Daniel Gay and Sarah ---, b. 1744, but died 1811 age 95 (which implies a birth in 1716, not 1744)!
