In 1794 John bought land from David Wood. Wood is dead, intestate, leaving widow _____ and children, viz: Thomas, Nicholas L., Maria, wife of James Clarkson; John W., Wm. L., Rob. W., Margaret L., David I. Margaret L. married James Rogers.
