Obituary

MRS. SARAH J. CROWL DIES IN E. PALESTINE --

 East Palestine, March 20 -- Following a complication of diseases, Mrs. Sarah Jane Crowl died early Tuesday morning in the C.G. Herbert home.  Mrs. Crowl was born in New Buffalo in 1856 and was united in marriage with Andrew Crowl in 1876.  To this union seven children were born, six of whom survive.  They are William of Salem, Roy and Ensign of Sebring, Frank, Mrs. Jacob Hoffman of Mineral City and Mrs. C.G. Herbert in whose home she died.  Mrs. Crowl had been a resident of this place a number of years.  She was a loving wife and mother, and a kind friend.  Services were held from the Herbert home at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in charge of Rev. D. Porter Williams.  Burial was made in Sebring cemetery.

Cause of death was asphyximfrom myocarditis, with contributing factor of pleuricy with pericarditis.
