Sarah Lucinda Lemons, 93, of Spring City, died Thursday, March 19, 2009, in Spring City Care and Rehabilitation Center.
She was a charter member of Foursquare Gospel Church, Spring City.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Lemons; parents, John and Savannah Roberts; brothers, Roy Roberts, Claude Roberts, Lester Roberts, Clyde Roberts and Virgil Roberts; and sisters, Pearl Mathis, Viola Smith and Johnnie Mae Thurman.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Clifford and Barbara Lemons of Spring City; grandson, Aaron Lemons of Spring City; granddaughters, McKenzie Lemons, Christina Little, Kaleigh Moffitt of Spring City; several nieces, nephews and their families.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 22, in Evans Mortuary, Rockwood. Funeral service will follow in the chapel, with the Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald and Lois Mimbs officiating. Graveside service and burial will be at Smyrna Cemetery.
