[Note: based on a baptism 19 Apr 1730, the birthdate is assumed to be 1 Apr 1730. It could possibly be March, but unlikely that Jan or Feb would be listed as 1730, probably 1729, so they are very remote possibilities. NEHGR, p. 83, p. 268, gives the date as 1 Sep 1730, but given the baptism date, we see that is wrong, whatever its unknown basis could possibly be.]
