    1st of 9th Month 1774 --- Know ye that whereas Sarah Andrews of LittleEgg Harbor, widow, was in her lifetime lawfully seized of several tractsof land and cedar swamp near Little Egg Harbor and died in fullpossession of the same as doth appear on Record in the SurveyorGeneral's Office in the City of Burlington and having by her last Willand Testament in writing, which hath been proved and recorded atBurlington, after giving and bequeathing some things to her otherchildren and gave and bequeathed all of the rest and remainder of herEstate to her two sons, Nehemiah Andrews and Isaac Andrews, to beequally divided between them quantity and quality of which ____________mutually agreed to divide the same and in manner following that is tosay the said Isaac Andrews hath released and quitclaimed unto the saidNehemiah Andrews all his right title, use, interest, claim, demand,etc., etc., . . . unto a certain tract of land situate near Little Eggharbor containing forty-eight acres and lifewise one piece of cedarswamp beginning at a pine tree __________ mill creek and runs thenceSouth west ten Degrees ten Chains to Mordecai Andrews' corner containingten acres of cedar swamp.
