November 10th 1827 aged 61 years.
And also of Sarah his wife who died,
October 20th 1820 aged 52 years.

Barbara who died Octr 18th 1811 aged 1 year.
Elizabeth who died Dec 3rd 1816 aged 14 years.
Ann who died Febr 2rd 1817 aged 18 years.
Mary Frances who died May 27th 1817, aged 16 years
and Mathew who died Decr. 3rd 1818 aged 12 years.
George Clerke, who died Decr. 20th 1821, aged 25 years.
Buried in Ashbourne in the county of Derby.
Middlemore Clerke, died March 19th 1830, aged 26 years.
