[Both Bond, p. 52, and Hudson, p. 2:42, give the death in 1731 of Sarah to the daughter, and (Hudson explicitly, Bond silent) the similar looking record in 1734 to the mother. Perhaps the original gives more context, but the published records are indistinguishable except for the date. The death of John's second wife's husband not making her available to marry until late 1734 (or later with mourning) suggests this is probably correct (assuming John needed to remarry because of young kids), but no explanation is given or apparent.]
