  3. Dodge gives the birthplace as Princeton, but the birth is not found in the VRs, so the basis for this is unknown, presumably family tradition. The Find A Grave page gives Warwick, where the family lived in the 1790s as shown by marriages of her old sisters and her mother's death. Deeds show Josiah and brother Amos brought land in Princeton in 1782, while the first deed found for Warwick appears to be 1790. So, Princeton appears to be right answer, though buying land does not guarantee residence.
