Jane planted an oak tree in Marton Park, the following was printed in Herald, Volume XXXI, Issue 9182, 25 June 1897, Page 2

After lunch an English oak, presented by Mr F. Hunt, was planted by the Lady Mayoress and christened the "Jubilee Oak."

   Edwin is buried in Mt View Cemetery Marton. Jane died 19th November 1920 aged 56, and is also buried at Mt View.
