29 Jan 1707-8, John Wheeler appointed guardian to the minor children of Joseph Dudley who d. 1702: Jane, under 14; Sarah, in her 12th year; Joseph, in his 11th year; Benjamin, in his 9th year; Mary, in her 7th year; and Sibyl in her 6th year. [Note: this makes Sarah born about 1695. This is the date shown in the pedigree chart prior to p. 13.]
Source:Dudley, Dean. Dudley Genealogies and Family Records, p. 92, lists Sarah, b. 11 Jun 1692. This is the same date he shows for the oldest daughter Abigail. The record in Concord births shows only Abigail with no hint that she is a twin, and the probate records indicate Sarah was younger than Jane (next after Abigail) and older than Joseph. Sarah's birth was apparently not recorded, and the 1692 date appears to be a bookkeeping/editing error by Dudley. Note: neither Dudley source had any further information on Sarah, such as marriage, death, etc.
