Interest upon mr Warrins Bond has not bin paid for Several Years before his Death as well as ever Since ... mr Jonas White i am Informed has purpos'd to under take to Settle said estate..."

15 May 1761: Inventory of Samuel Warrin Late of Watertown in said County Yeoman Deceased.
22 Jul 1761: Appraisal of real estate and sett off to Lydia the Deceaseds Widow as her Dower or thirds. Other two thirds remains unsettled.
8 Feb 1762: Two thirds of estate of Mr Samuel Warrin late of Watertown settled on Samuel Warrin (Eldest son of Mr Samuel Warrin late of Watertown), he paying his brother Ephraim, to his sisters Lydia, Sarah & Elizabeth (Children of the said Intestate), and to Heirs at Law of his Brother John Warren Deceased, and to Jonas White the charges, "save that Samuel having rece'd in advance more than his share in the two thirds is excluded out of this division".
