    30 Nov 1759: Agreement of heirs: Daniel White of Marshfield & Abigail his wife which Abigail is daughter of Samuel Turner late of Scituate Gent. dec'd; Benjamin Stetson, Susannna Stetson & Caleb Sylvester & Desire his Wife of Hanover grandchildren of said Samuel to satisfy conditions of the will convey to our Brother & Uncle James Turner of Scituate Gentleman all rights in estates of our Brothers and Uncles Nathaniel Turner and Samuel Turner deceased.
