    11 Oct 1784: Division of real estate of Samuel Shearmon of Marlborough yeoman deceased: to Hephzibeth Shearmon widow; to son Micah Shearmon; Moses & Daniel Shearmon the 6th & 7th sons; Samuel Shearmon eldest son, Jason Shearmon 2nd son; Abner Shearmon 3'd son; Isaac Shearmon 4th son; daughter Hephzibeth wife of Joseph Waight; Jedithan Shearmon ye 5th son; Solomon Shearmon 8th son. 2 Oct 1784: Assent signed by Joseph Waight, Hepzibah Waight.
